The Neo collars are made from high-grade neoprene, a soft rubber material used in wetsuits. Neoprene is easy to clean, quick to dry and waterproof. We then reinforce them with our proprietary soft touch nylon webbing, for added strength and durability. Finally, we add a reflective trim on each side of the webbing for safety in low light conditions.

I have spent a fortune on dog harnesses for one of my misbehaving dogs, and he has got out of every single one and they weren't cheap, but this has solved my problem, so now I'm ordering one for my other fur child, and I will have a pleasant walk

I am very impressed by the quality of this collar. It has already been washed a few times, has been pulled by other dogs while playing and it still looks brand new. Very easy to adjust the size. Highly recommend.

This is the best collar on the market for working dogs. Not only that it has saved my dogs life twice in 2 separate dog attacks by bullmastives, who couldnt bit thru it. I complained to Petbarn for discontinuing this product! Keep producing it & I'll keep recommending it to all working dog owners.
