MY EZYDOG - PET PROFILES
1. Eligibility:
• Open to all myezydog account holders.
• Customer must be opted into email marketing in order to receive discount code once pet profile is complete.
1. One-Time Reward:
The $20 credit offer applies only to the first pet profile you complete to 100%. Additional pet profiles are not eligible for further rewards.
2. Minimum Spend:
A minimum spend of $100 AUD (excluding shipping) is required in order to redeem the $20 credit.
3. Unique Discount Code:
You will receive a unique discount code via email once your first pet’s profile reaches 100% completion. This code must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.
4. Expiry:
The discount code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. After this time, it will expire and cannot be reissued or extended.
5. Non-Transferable & Single Use:
The discount code is single-use only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional codes.
6. EzyDog Australia Only:
Offer valid for use on the EzyDog Australia website only (ezydog.com.au) and for Australian customers.
