EzyDog Australia guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.

I've been using a different brand of harness for the past few years but thought I'd give Ezydog a go as the clip looked simple to use and robust (the clip on the other brand was difficult to use and broke) and the design looked comfortable and not bulky (which is what originally drew me to the other brand). As soon as I got it, I knew I'd made the right decision. The quality of the clip and webbing and the overall construction is superb. It fits my dog perfectly and is comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off. Mack loves it and so do I.
