Shipping Information 

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days.
Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate for orders under $100.
Express Shipping: $12.99 flat rate.

We use Australia Post and Aramex as our courier partners. 

Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide (Metro Areas): 
1–5 business days from dispatch. 

Perth, Hobart, Canberra (Metro Areas):
3–7 business days from dispatch. 

Regional & Non-Metro Areas (including Northern Territory, WA, TAS, and remote locations):
5–10 business days from dispatch. 

 

Express Shipping
We ONLY use Australia Post for Express Shipping. 

Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide (Metro Areas): 
1–2 business days from dispatch. 

Perth, Hobart, Canberra (Metro Areas): 
2–4 business days from dispatch.

EzyDog Australia uses both Australia Post and Aramex for shipping. While we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, transit times depend on the carrier and are subject to their schedules. Below is a guide to the estimated delivery times:

Tracking Your Delivery 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please use this link to monitor your order’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk mail.  

 

Issues with Your Delivery 

Once your order has been shipped, EzyDog Australia have no control over transit or any delays that may occur. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the courier directly:

Refused/Non-Collected Shipments 

Once an order has been dispatched from EzyDog Australia, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees if the parcel is sent back to us. If a customer refuses delivery or does not collect their parcel from the post office within 14 days, the package will be returned to EzyDog, and the customer will be charged for the return shipping fee. 

 

Returns Policy 

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit, or you may simply change your mind. That’s why we offer 30-day returns, provided the following criteria are met: 

Eligibility:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days. 
  • The item can be tried on but must remain unused, with original tags included in the parcel.
  • The item was purchased from EzyDog.
  • The item is not personalised (personalised labels cannot be returned). 
  • The item is not soiled or tarnished. 

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Include a brief explanation of your return along with a copy of the packing slip or reference number. 
  • We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days after your return has been delivered to our PO Box for our team to process your refund.

Refund Process:  

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the item. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.  

Once your refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Please be aware that this timeline is determined by your specific bank or payment provider. 


Exchanges: 

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible
