The sizes do not run the same across the range. A Thermacore Large measures 90 x 115, which is the same footprint as a Calm Elite Extra Large, and a Thermacore Small is the same width as a Smart Medium and 5cm longer. Compare the measurements rather than the size name.

Which EzyDog orthopedic bed comes in my dog's size?
Two beds come in a Small. The Smart Orthopaedic Small is the most compact bed in the range at 40 x 55.
The Thermacore Small is considerably larger at 55 x 75. The Smart Orthopaedic runs Small through to Extra Large, so it covers the widest span of sizes. Thermacore runs Small to Large. The Next Gen Orthopaedic Lounger and the Calm Elite both start at Medium and run to Extra Large.
For a dog that stretches right out, the Next Gen Orthopaedic Lounger in Extra Large is the longest bed in the range at 120cm.
