Order Processing: All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days. During peak season please allow an extra 3 business days for dispatch as our warehouse experiences a higher volume of orders.
Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate for orders under $89.
Express Shipping: $12.99 flat rate.

Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide (Metro Areas):
1–5 business days from dispatch.
Perth, Hobart, Canberra (Metro Areas):
3–7 business days from dispatch.
Regional & Non-Metro Areas (including Northern Territory, WA, TAS, and remote locations):
5–10 business days from dispatch.
Express Shipping
We ONLY use Australia Post for Express Shipping.

Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please use this link to monitor your order’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk mail.

Refused/Non-Collected Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched from EzyDog Australia, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees if the parcel is sent back to us. If a customer refuses delivery or does not collect their parcel from the post office within 14 days, the package will be returned to EzyDog, and the customer will be charged for the return shipping fee.
