Return and Refund Policy

1. Start Your Return

Log into our returns portal HERE with your order number and email. Select the item(s) and tell us why you're returning it.

2. Choose: Exchange or Refund

• Exchange: We'll suggest the right size. You will pay the label fee when you submit your exchange.
• Refund: The label fee will be deducted from your refund amount or Store Credit amount.
• Note: If you have selected checkout+ at checkout, you will not have to pay for the return label fee.

3. Get Your Label & Ship

We'll email your AusPost return label. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any AusPost outlet or red box.

4. Track & Wait

Use the tracking number to monitor your parcel. Once it arrives at our warehouse, allow 1 - 2 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

5. Done

• Exchange: Your new item ships out (usually within 2–3 business days of us receiving your return).
• Refund: Your money (minus the label fee if applicable) is issued, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your item.

The Exchange Path

If you need a different size or want to swap for another product, exchange is the best
option.

Select the item you wish to exchange for. If the price is more, you'll pay the remaining amount once we receive your return, once paid, your exchange will be processed. If it's less, we'll refund the difference once we receive it.

The Refund Path

If you'd rather have your money back, choose to receive a refund to your original
payment method, or get store credit + an extra 10% bonus - which gives you more to
spend.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

✓ Item was purchased directly from EzyDog.com.au

✓ Item is unused (trying it on is perfectly fine)

✓ Original tags are still attached OR returned with the item

✓ Item is clean and in good condition

What Cannot Be Returned

✗ Items purchased more than 30 days ago

✗ Personalised labels

✗ Gifts or zero cost promotional items

✗ Items purchased elsewhere (please return to the original retailer)

Other Conditions

• Shipping charges are non refundable - the cost of getting your order to you.
• Return shipping fees apply unless you've added checkout+ to your order at checkout (see below).

Label Costs (without checkout+)

Bed Returns: $20

All other returns: $11.98

Checkout+ Returns: Free

When you're checking out, you have the option to add Free Returns to your order for a small one time fee.

If you opt in:

• Your return shipping label is fully covered - you pay nothing when you return something
• The fee is added to your order total at checkout
• Return shipping is completely free if you need to use it

Terms & Conditions:

• Free Returns covers one return or exchange per order
• The benefit applies only to items returned within 30 days of delivery
• Free Returns cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions
• If you don't end up returning anything, the fee is non-refundable (it's peace of mind for when you need it)

If you don't add Free Returns at checkout, standard return shipping fees apply at the time of return.
