Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Item was purchased directly from ezydog.com.au
• Item is unused (trying it on is okay!)
  
• Original tags are still attached or returned with the item
  
• Item is clean and undamaged

Products cannot be returned after 30 days of delivery

Please note:

• Personalised items (e.g. custom name labels) cannot be returned
• Gifts with purchases (zero cost items) cannot be returned
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Products not purchased on the EzyDog websites must be returned to the original place of purchase. 

You can choose between:

Store Credit (Best Value!)

• Get an extra 10% on top of your original order value
  (e.g. returned item $50, receive $55 in store credit)
  
• Credited to your account as soon as your item is received and inspected
  
  

Refund to Original Payment Method

• Issued once your item is received and inspected
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed
• Allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider

3. Select the Item(s) you want to return 
4. Follow on screen prompts
5. Choose your Refund Option:

- Either Store Credit (Best Value - Get 10% more!)
- Or, Refund to Original Payment Method

6. Send the item(s), plus the packing slip or a note with the order number written on it, back to:

Return shipping fee will not be deducted on items deemed defective/damaged, under warranty or when an incorrect item was sent.

For all other items (except beds) AUD 4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Bed returns will incur a return shipping fee of AUD 10.99.
