Return Portal and Policies
At EzyDog, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, whether it’s the wrong fit, style, or a simple change of mind. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window.
You’ll need your order number and the email you ordered with, there you can select, refund, exchange or store credit.

How to submit your return
1. Start your return
Click here to access return portal
Enter your email address and order number to begin. This takes you to your order.
Select Start a return, choose the products you want to return, then add your details and your reason for returning.
2. Choose what you’d like
- Refund: money back to your original payment method
- Store credit: with an extra 10% added
- Exchange for a different product: choose anything from our site
- Variant exchange: the same item in a different size or colour
3. Get your label and ship
We’ll email your AusPost return label. Download and print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it at any AusPost outlet or red box.
No printer? Just show the digital label at the AusPost counter and they’ll print it for you.
4. Track and wait
Use your tracking number to follow your parcel. Once it arrives, allow 1–2 business days for us to inspect and process it.
5. Done
- Exchange: Your new item is sent out once your return is processed, and once any price difference is paid.
- Refund: Your refund is issued (minus the label fee, if it applies). Allow up to 5 business days for it to appear in your account.
Exchange or refund: which should I choose?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your item.
Exchange
Best if you need a different size or want to swap for another product.
- Same price: Once your return is processed, we’ll send out your new item, usually within 2–3 business days.
- New item costs more: Once your return is processed, we’ll email you an invoice for the difference. Your exchange is sent out as soon as it’s paid, usually within 2–3 business days of payment. If you haven’t seen the invoice, check your junk folder.
- New item costs less: We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method once your return is processed.

Get your money back to your original payment method, or choose store credit with an extra 10% bonus.

- Beds: $20
- All other items: $11.98
- With Checkout+: free
What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout for a small one-time fee.
- Your return label is free: no fee is charged or deducted from your refund
- Covers one return or exchange per order
- Return must be started within 30 days of delivery
- The fee isn’t refundable if you don’t end up returning anything
Shipping charges on your original order aren’t refundable.
What can and can’t be returned
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
✓ The item was purchased directly from ezydog.com.au
✓ The item is unused (trying it on is fine)
✓ The original tags are still attached, or included in the parcel
✓ The item is clean and in good condition
What can’t be returned
✗ Items delivered more than 30 days ago
✗ Personalised labels
✗ Gifts or free promotional items
✗ Items purchased from another retailer (please return these to the store you bought from)
