EzyDog Monthly Review Draw — Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion
1.1 EZYDOG PTY LTD (ABN 19 120 196 107) ("EzyDog", "we", "us") operates a monthly draw ("the Draw") open to customers who submit a product review on the EzyDog website.
1.2 The Draw runs as a series of separate and discrete monthly promotions. Each calendar month constitutes a separate and independent promotion with its own start date (the first day of the calendar month), closing date (the last day of the calendar month), and prize pool. Each monthly promotion has a duration of one calendar month only. Entry into one monthly promotion does not carry over to subsequent months, and no entrant acquires any ongoing right of entry into future promotions by virtue of entering any prior monthly promotion.
1.3 By submitting a review and entering any monthly promotion under this program, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they apply to that specific monthly promotion. Each monthly promotion is a separate legal promotion for the purposes of all applicable Australian state and territory trade promotion lottery laws.

Each monthly promotion is a separate legal promotion for the purposes of all applicable Australian state and territory trade promotion lottery laws.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
2.2 Employees of EZYDOG PTY LTD, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entry is open to customers who purchased an EzyDog product and submitted a review directly on ezydog.com.au.
2.4 There is no cost to enter the Draw beyond the normal retail purchase price of an EzyDog product. No separate entry fee is charged.
2.2 Employees of EZYDOG PTY LTD, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entry is open to customers who purchased an EzyDog product and submitted a review directly on ezydog.com.au.
2.4 There is no cost to enter the Draw beyond the normal retail purchase price of an EzyDog product. No separate entry fee is charged.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter a monthly promotion, eligible customers must submit a product review on ezydog.com.au during that promotion's entry period (the relevant calendar month). Entry in one monthly promotion does not constitute entry in any other monthly promotion. Reviews must be submitted via the Okendo review platform on the EzyDog website.
3.2 Each eligible review submitted earns the following draw entries:
(a) Text-only review: 1 draw entry
(b) Review including at least one photo or video: 2 draw entries
3.3 Only one review per product per customer per draw period is eligible for entry. Duplicate reviews of the same product by the same customer will not receive additional entries.
3.4 Reviews of multiple different products in the same draw period each earn separate entries in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.5 All reviews — positive, negative, or neutral — are equally eligible for draw entry. Entry is not conditional on a minimum star rating.
3.6 Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience with the purchased EzyDog product. Reviews that contain spam, offensive or abusive language, personally identifiable information about third parties, or content that is unrelated to the product may be removed at EzyDog's discretion and will not be eligible for draw entry. EzyDog will not remove reviews solely because they express a negative opinion of a product.
3.2 Each eligible review submitted earns the following draw entries:
(a) Text-only review: 1 draw entry
(b) Review including at least one photo or video: 2 draw entries
3.3 Only one review per product per customer per draw period is eligible for entry. Duplicate reviews of the same product by the same customer will not receive additional entries.

4. The Prize
4.1 Each monthly draw offers a total of five (5) prizes. Each prize is one (1) EzyDog store gift card valued at $200 AUD.
4.2 Total prize pool per monthly promotion: $1,000 AUD (5 × $200). Each monthly promotion is a separate promotion for the purposes of Australian state and territory trade promotion lottery laws. The prize pool does not accumulate across monthly promotions.
4.3 Gift cards are valid for 45 days from the date of issue and can be used on any purchase at ezydog.com.au. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated. These gift cards are issued as promotional prizes and are exempt from the minimum 3-year expiry period under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) which applies only to gift cards sold for value, not gift cards issued as prizes or promotional rewards.
4.4 The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted. EzyDog reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.
4.5 Each entrant may win a maximum of one (1) prize per calendar month regardless of the number of entries submitted.
4.2 Total prize pool per monthly promotion: $1,000 AUD (5 × $200). Each monthly promotion is a separate promotion for the purposes of Australian state and territory trade promotion lottery laws. The prize pool does not accumulate across monthly promotions.
4.3 Gift cards are valid for 45 days from the date of issue and can be used on any purchase at ezydog.com.au. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated. 5. Draw Process
5.1 The draw is conducted on the first Monday of the following calendar month (e.g. reviews submitted in May are drawn on the first Monday of June). If the first Monday falls on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted on the next business day.
5.2 Five (5) winners are selected by random weighted draw from all eligible entries received during the draw period. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected proportional to entry weight (text = 1 entry, photo/video = 2 entries).
5.3 The draw is conducted electronically using a verified random selection method. Draw records are retained by EzyDog for a minimum of 12 months.
5.4 Gift cards are issued automatically to winners on draw day — no claiming action is required. Gift cards are valid for 45 days from the date of issue. If a gift card is not used within 45 days it expires automatically. No extension will be granted. No replacement will be issued for expired gift cards.

6. Winner Notification

6.2 Gift cards are issued automatically to winners' email addresses on draw day. No response or claiming action is required. Winners will receive a notification email confirming their gift card has been issued.
6.3 EzyDog will make every reasonable effort to contact winners. EzyDog is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or outdated contact details provided by the entrant.
6.4 Gift cards are issued to the winner's email address on draw day. If a gift card notification email is undeliverable, EzyDog will make one further attempt to re-send to the same address after checking for errors. If the second send also fails, the gift card will be cancelled and the prize forfeited — no replacement will be issued.

7.2 By entering the Draw, entrants consent to their first name and suburb being published in accordance with clause 7.1. Full names, email addresses, and other personal details will not be published.
7.3 Winners may request their details be withheld from publication by notifying EzyDog at enquiries@ezydog.com.au within 48 hours of receiving their winner notification. EzyDog will respect such requests where practicable.
7.2 By entering the Draw, entrants consent to their first name and suburb being published in accordance with clause 7.1. Full names, email addresses, and other personal details will not be published.
7.3 Winners may request their details be withheld from publication by notifying EzyDog at enquiries@ezydog.com.au within 48 hours of receiving their winner notification. EzyDog will respect such requests where practicable.
8. Free Shipping Code
8.1 In addition to draw entry, every eligible reviewer receives a unique free standard shipping code, valued at $4.99, automatically upon review submission.
8.2 Free shipping codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, are single-use, apply to any order on ezydog.com.au, and have no minimum spend requirement.
8.3 Free shipping codes are issued to all reviewers regardless of star rating. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
8.4 EzyDog reserves the right to cancel a free shipping code if the associated review is found to be fraudulent, in breach of review guidelines, or submitted in bad faith.
8.2 Free shipping codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, are single-use, apply to any order on ezydog.com.au, and have no minimum spend requirement.

9.2 The incentives offered under this promotion (free shipping codes and draw entries) are available equally for all star ratings. EzyDog does not offer incentives preferentially for positive reviews.
9.3 EzyDog encourages reviewers to write a review that reflects their genuine experience, whether positive or negative. Reviewers are not asked to provide a minimum star rating as a condition of receiving any incentive.
9.4 EzyDog will not suppress, edit, or delay negative reviews. Reviews may only be removed if they contain spam, profanity, personally identifiable information about third parties, or content that is off-topic or in breach of our review guidelines.

10.2 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Draw, issuing prizes, and communicating with entrants. EzyDog will not use entrant data for unrelated marketing purposes without separate consent.
10.3 EzyDog may share entrant information with third-party service providers involved in administering this promotion (including Okendo and Klaviyo) strictly for the purpose of promotion administration. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
10.2 Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the Draw, issuing prizes, and communicating with entrants. EzyDog will not use entrant data for unrelated marketing purposes without separate consent.

11.2 EzyDog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. If the promotion is cancelled or materially changed, EzyDog will take reasonable steps to notify active participants and update this page.
11.3 EzyDog's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Shopify, Meta, Google, Trustpilot, Amazon, Okendo or any other platform through which EzyDog products are sold or reviewed.
11.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
11.6 This promotion complies with the Australian Consumer Law and the trade promotion regulations of all Australian states and territories.

The prize pool for each monthly promotion is $1,000 AUD, being the relevant prize pool for the purposes of permit threshold calculations in all jurisdictions.
12.2 New South Wales: Each monthly promotion is a separate trade promotion lottery with a prize pool of $1,000 AUD, which is below the $10,000 threshold requiring a Trade Promotion Authority under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW). No authority is required.
12.3 Victoria: No permit is required for trade promotion lotteries in Victoria regardless of prize value. This promotion complies with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and the Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic).
12.4 South Australia: Each monthly promotion has a prize pool of $1,000 AUD, which is below the $5,000 threshold requiring a major trade promotion licence under the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA).
