I purchased this collar for my 2-year-old apricot cavoodle because its green colour matched her coat. Made from high-quality materials, it keeps my dog comfortable and stylish. However, I found the delivery to be somewhat slow.
EAEzydog Australia4 months agoThank you for your review!
We’re so pleased to hear that both you and your Cavoodle are loving the collar and its colour 😊
We’re sorry to hear the delivery took longer than expected. Slow shipping is certainly not up to our usual standards. We did experience an issue with our dispatch system recently which caused delays for some orders, however this has now been resolved and our dispatch times have returned to our normal turnaround of around 48 hours.
Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to share your feedback. We hope your Cavoodle enjoys her new collar for many adventures to come!
