We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders under $85. We also offer Express Shipping on orders for a flat rate of $12.99. All orders over $85 qualify for free standard shipping.
1 Year Warranty on all products
EzyDog Australia guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.

Can't review as they have not arrived pretty average when your asking for a review but haven't delivered
I also sent you a picture of harness because it doesn't seem to fit very well also something you haven't replied on
EAEzydog Australia17 hours agoHi Peter, we’re sorry for the frustration with your delivery. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by the courier and is unfortunately outside of our control. According to Australia Post tracking, your parcel has now been delivered.
Regarding the harness, from the photos it looks like going up a size may provide a more comfortable fit. Please feel free to contact our customer service team with your dog’s measurements, and we’d be more than happy to help recommend the most suitable harness and size for you and your dog’s needs.
